Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

  • No. A regular valid driver’s license is all you need.

  • You must be 25 or older, have a valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, a credit or debit card, and a capable tow vehicle.

  • Anything with enough towing capacity for the trailer and load. Your vehicle must also have the correct hitch size and a working 4-pin or 7-pin wiring connection.

  • Yes. A refundable security deposit is required at pickup. This covers any damages, late returns, or missing equipment.

  • Yes, as long as your vehicle is capable. We’ll help you hook up the trailer, check your lights, and make sure you understand the basics before you hit the road.

  • You’re free to travel statewide and out of state unless otherwise specified. Just return the trailer on time.

  • The renter will be granted a 2 hour grace period. After 2 hours the renter will be charged for another day.
